NEW Sermon Series with Unique & Special Opportunities for All!
From January 19th to February 23rd, we invite you to ponder anew what God can do as we begin our newest Sunday sermon series! We will learn what it means to rebuild and/or strengthen various aspects of our lives, whether physical, financial, spiritual, or other, with practical, unique opportunities to help rebuild what’s been broken or needs reworking, as we look at and think about how God’s people rebuilt & strengthened their own walls in the books of Ezra & Nehemiah.
On Tuesday evenings from 6:00 to 7:20pm, starting January 21st, we invite you to a special dinner at the Montville UMC parsonage (29B Whitehall Rd., Towaco), with intentional dialogue surrounding health and wellness as we journey through ideas and wisdom each week from a book called “The Daniel Plan: 40 Days to a Healthier Life.”
Also, on Tuesday evenings, from 7:30 to 8:30pm in the Montville parsonage, will be a small group focused on financial health as we discuss the book
“Earn. Save. Give: Wesley’s Simple Rules for Money.”
Sign up for one or both today by emailing Pastor Donald at or calling him at (973) 771-9511!
Additionally, there will be a 5-week Zumba class starting Monday, January 27th at 7:30pm
in the fellowship hall of Boonton UMC (626 Lathrop Ave., Boonton, NJ).
We hope you can join us for all that’s ahead!
"Montville UMC supported me, allowed me to be experimental, challenged me to think differently, and gave me people to trust." - Gabrielle M.
"Not long after I started to attend worship, I was invited to play guitar in the band, something I’ve always wanted to do but never thought I’d have an opportunity for. Through it, I’ve bonded with some amazing people, stretched my musical abilities, and had enormous fun. I see God moving in exciting ways at MUMC, and I’m looking forward to being a part of that.” - Eric V.
"My best experience happened after I decided to become the church drummer. Now I experience joy and a blessing every Sunday. The church is a community of love and that is a really cool thing.” - Richard S.
